For Reolink Video Doorbell cameras, they can alert you via push notifications and emails on your phone when the camera is triggered by a Visitor (someone presses the doorbell button). Here is how to set it up via Reolink App.

Applies to: Reolink Video Doorbell PoE, Reolink Video Doorbell WiFi

Please install the latest Reolink App on your phone in advance.

Note: If you configured your camera following the steps below, you will only get push notifications and alarm emails only when a Visitor presses the doorbell camera. The camera still detects people's motions and other motions but will not alert you.

1. Setting up Visitor Push Notifications.

Step 1. Launch Reolink App and log in to your camera. Tap the gear icon to enter the Device Settings page. Tap Push Notifications to enter the push settings page.

Done! Now you will only get alerted when someone is actually pressing the doorbell button. If you still want to get alerted when the camera detects the motions of a person or any other objects, please select Person/Any Motion accordingly when you set up the schedule for push/email/camera recording.
